Because the up and coming holiday is Thanksgiving, I think a blog about the things I have become more thankful for after going away to school is in order. To start things off, I am thankful for the homemade food and snacks that are always there waiting for me!
Yes! Those are cake cookies!
Secondly, I never thought I would miss these guys as much as I did!
Forget gas prices! The real crime is how expensive a load of laundry is! Thanks Mom and Dad for paying the water bill!
Finally, the thing that I have taken most for granted all of these years is this...
Being able to take a shower WITHOUT SHOES!!!
Be thankful this holiday! :)
Welcome!
Welcome to our blog! I decided to make it so that you all (Madison and my family and friends) would have a place to catch up on the exciting things that are taking place on Liberty's campus, as well as in our daily lives! Hope you enjoy it!

Hall Meetings Weren't Fun Until Now!
Well, as I start this blog, Madison and I will be seperate for exactly nine days! Not as long as previous times, but still a great length of time to be apart. Before we left for break we had a few gatherings with friends and hall mates...
Here is a picture of me and a few girls on my hall dressed up for halloween...
Left to Right: Kelly (yellow brick road), Me (good witch of the north), Jess (tin man), Ashley (cowardly lion), Darian (to-to), Krista (dorothy), and Jessica (scare-crow)
To answer the question that I know is in all of your minds, YES! We did win best group costumes!
Only a week later we were back in business with an 80s themed hall meeting. (For those of you that don't know what hall meeting is, it is a time on Tuesday nights that the hall gathers together to hear announcements about what is taking place at Liberty)... and NO! It's not fun or interesting unless we dress up!
Here is a WONDERFUL picture of Krista and I dressed up for 80s hall meeting! Gotta love that 80s style!
